On the 25 March, landholders are invited to learn about wildlife of the western Blue Mountains and to find out how to make their property more wildlife friendly.

Local Land Services (LLS) is holding a Wildlife Workshop at Historic Hartley Hotel on Saturday 25 March to give advice and ideas that will help people attract and encourage wildlife onto their land.

“The Western Blue Mountains area has an interesting, unique and diverse range of native animals. At the workshop we’ll learn how to use wildlife cameras to detect elusive native animals. Also we’ll look at different types of nest boxes and other ways to improve habitat to encourage wildlife,” said Marg Duffy, Land Services Officer at Central Tablelands Local Land Services.
