The natural beauty of the Oberon district provides many perfect locations for a memorable camping getaway.  There are many great campsites across the Oberon area ranging from remote bushland spots in any of the area’s three fantastic National Parks to the more formalised town caravan park with all the appropriate facilities.  Campers can choose to use their site as a base for swimming, fishing, fossicking expeditions, mushroom hunting in State Forests in autumn, bushwalking or exploring the gorgeous Oberon plateau, the township and surrounds.  Alternatively, a well-chosen campsite can prove a haven for those seeking nothing more than solitude in nature.
